These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", or "you") and m9play (hereinafter "m9play", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the m9play online gaming platform accessible at https://m9play.cam, including all associated subdomains, mobile applications, software, and services provided therein.

m9play operates as an international online gaming and sports betting platform. The Platform offers a range of products including, but not limited to, sports betting (football, UFC, esports, and more), live dealer casino games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, dragon tiger), electronic slot games, and virtual sports markets.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on m9play, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. m9play strictly enforces the minimum age requirement. Any account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds frozen pending review, and the matter referred to the relevant authorities where required.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You confirm that accessing and using online gaming services is not prohibited or restricted under the laws of your country or territory of residence. Players are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You are not a current or former employee of m9play, its affiliates, subsidiaries, or third-party service providers, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• Single Account: You do not currently hold, and have not previously held, another Account on the m9play Platform under the same or a different identity.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and any subsequent KYC process is true, accurate, current, and complete.

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form on the Platform, providing at minimum a valid username, password, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your password or security PIN with any third party, including m9play support staff. m9play will never request your full password.

m9play applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure to all accounts prior to processing withdrawal requests and, at our discretion, at any stage of the account lifecycle. KYC verification requires Players to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Malaysian passport, or equivalent for non-Malaysian residents);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or bank statement showing name and account number matching the registered Account holder); and
• Such additional documentation as m9play may reasonably request to comply with its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request by m9play may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure. m9play processes KYC submissions within one (1) business day in standard cases.

5.1 Deposits. m9play accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), credit and debit cards, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, USDT). Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits are credited in real time or within the processing window applicable to the selected payment method.

5.2 Withdrawals. Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• The Account has successfully completed KYC verification;
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been satisfied;
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed the daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits applicable to the Account's current tier;
• The Account is in good standing with no pending security review, fraud investigation, or dispute.

5.3 Processing Times. Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) — 5 to 30 minutes; bank transfers (FPX/bank wire) — up to one (1) business day; cryptocurrency — subject to blockchain network confirmation times. Processing times are indicative only and may vary during high-volume periods.

5.4 Payment Method Matching. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless an exception is approved in writing by m9play. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and to protect Players against unauthorised access.

5.5 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). m9play does not apply hidden currency conversion charges for MYR transactions. For cryptocurrency deposits, the converted MYR value at the time of transaction confirmation is applied.

6.1 General. m9play may, at its sole discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, referral programmes, VIP rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to (i) these general Terms, and (ii) any specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion will be stated in the individual promotion terms. As a general guideline, wagering requirements on m9play promotions range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. m9play reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and close Accounts where it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Player or group of Players has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome; and exploiting promotional terms in a manner contrary to their intent.

6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds not wagered within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically without notice. Expired Bonus Funds are non-refundable and will be removed from the Account Balance.

7.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on m9play are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, esports). These rules are published within each product section on the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm you have read and accepted the applicable product rules.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by m9play at any time without prior notice.

7.3 Void Bets. m9play reserves the right to declare bets void in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors; match abandonment or suspension; technical failures affecting bet acceptance; and detection of fraudulent or corrupt activity relating to an event.

7.4 Disconnections. In the event of a network or technical disconnection during an active gaming session, m9play's server records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome of any bet or game round in progress. Where a disconnection prevents resolution, affected bets will generally be settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant product.

7.5 Sports Betting — Asian Handicap & Special Markets. m9play offers Asian Handicap, Over-Under, Mix Parlay, and various special markets for sports including EPL, La Liga, Liga Super Malaysia, Bundesliga, UFC, and esports. All special market rules, including Mix Parlay minimum selections and maximum payout caps, are stated within the sportsbook section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the m9play Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Underage Gambling: Attempting to register or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity, email address, or payment method.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated tools to place bets, access the Platform, or exploit gaming systems.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, stolen payment instruments, or chargebacks.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds. m9play has strict AML obligations and actively monitors for suspicious activity.
• Arbitrage & Matched Betting at Scale: Systematic exploitation of odds differentials across platforms or using Bonus Funds in a manner that constitutes risk-free arbitrage contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
• Impersonation: Impersonating another person or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.

All content on the m9play Platform, including but not limited to the m9play brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and databases, is the proprietary property of m9play or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to: copy, reproduce, republish, download, or distribute any Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform software; create derivative works based on Platform content; or use the m9play brand or trademarks without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10.1 Platform Availability. m9play endeavours to maintain Platform availability of 99.5% or above on an annualised basis. However, m9play does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Planned and emergency maintenance may occur with or without advance notice.

10.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m9play's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the claim, net of any withdrawals made during the same period.

10.3 Exclusions. m9play shall not be liable for: (a) losses arising from a Player's voluntary decision to gamble; (b) technical failures caused by the Player's own device, internet connection, or third-party software; (c) loss of profit, loss of data, or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind; or (d) losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.

10.4 No Gambling Advice. Nothing on the m9play Platform constitutes betting tips, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. All gambling involves risk. Players accept that they may lose all funds deposited.

m9play is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic. As a condition of using the Platform, Players acknowledge that:

• Gambling is intended solely as entertainment and not as a means of generating income;
• Players should only gamble with funds they can afford to lose;
• Chasing losses is a recognised risk factor for problematic gambling behaviour.

m9play provides Players with the following responsible gambling tools, accessible via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limits;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of elapsed playing time;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform;
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying time spent and net win/loss during a session.

12.1 Termination by the Player. Players may close their Account at any time by contacting m9play Customer Support via live chat or by emailing the support address listed on the Platform. Upon receipt of a closure request, m9play will process any outstanding withdrawals of Real Money Funds subject to KYC requirements and these Terms.

12.2 Termination by m9play. m9play reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Account poses a fraud, AML, or regulatory risk; (c) the Player is a minor or has failed KYC verification; or (d) continued operation of the Account would be contrary to applicable law or regulatory guidance.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, any Bonus Funds remaining in the Account will be forfeited. Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method, net of any amounts retained pursuant to these Terms or applicable law. m9play will retain Account records for a period required by applicable AML and regulatory obligations.

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which m9play holds its international gaming licence. Players acknowledge that online gambling regulation in Malaysia is complex and that accessing the Platform may be subject to restrictions under Malaysian law. Players are solely responsible for compliance with their applicable local laws.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, Players are encouraged to first contact m9play Customer Support to seek an informal resolution. m9play commits to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

13.3 Records as Evidence. In any dispute regarding the outcome of a game or the settlement of a bet, m9play's server records shall constitute the definitive record of the transaction and will prevail over any client-side records in the event of discrepancy.

m9play reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, m9play will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the Platform notification system or by email to the address registered with the Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account.
